Large-platform multifamily experience, applied in a focused, principal-led firm.
Principal
David leads Consul. He has worked in real estate for twelve years. He was a Development Manager at Lennar Multifamily Communities and a Vice President at The NRP Group, and in 2020 he founded Block 20, a Dallas real estate development and investment company. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
